Shipping policy

Alan & Joan ships within the United Kingdom only.

Processing and Dispatch

Orders are verified on the same business day if placed before 6:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Once verified, orders are packed and dispatched by our international fulfilment partner, located outside the UK, within 3 to 5 business days.

Delivery Time

Delivery to the UK takes 9 to 15 business days after dispatch, so please allow 12 to 20 business days in total from purchase. These are estimates and may be longer at peak times or due to customs clearance. Every order includes tracking.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order.

VAT, Customs & Import Charges

All prices are in GBP and include UK VAT, collected at checkout. For orders with a total value of £135 or less, there are no further VAT, customs or import charges to pay on delivery. For orders above £135, the carrier may collect import VAT and any applicable duty before delivery; if you are asked to pay import VAT on an order where VAT was already included, contact us and we will refund the VAT we collected.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships, or you can use our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 3 to 8 business days to appear after dispatch.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please check your address carefully. Once dispatched, carriers do not allow address changes. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, our support team will contact you to arrange redelivery or another solution.
